Parents: This information must be read by you and your
child beginning camp.
First Day of Camp – Please enter and be prepared to
check in at the desk and
Pick up your name tag. This is where you may hand in your
wallets and leave belongings on any table you wish in the
cafeteria. Please label everything with your name. You may
then proceed to the main gym (parents are welcome to stay
as long as they wish). Camp begins promptly at 9:00 am..
What Do I Need? – Sneakers, shorts, and t-shirts.
You may bring your own lunch in your own cooler, or a
wallet for purchasing lunch and snacks at break times.
Please do not bring a basketball. Please no jewelry of any
kind. No head wear of any kind.
Lunch Orders – Every morning we assemble ion the
main gym for our “opening comments” for the day.
Immediately after, we take a lunch order for pizza and hot
dogs. Simply by a show of hands we take the order for the
number of slices or hot dogs the kids want for that day.
The children pay at luncht8me as they line up. The pizza is
terrific! It is delivered fresh every day at 12:15 for the
kids. Our hot dogs are boiled all-beef – nothing but the
best for our campers.
Money Matters – We request your child bring his/her
money in a wallet with his/her name on the outside. We will
hold all wallets at the concession stand for safekeeping.
The kids pick up their wallets – buy what they want and we
take them back for them until the next purchase. Please
drop them off in the morning at the concession stand when
you arrive. NO LOOSE money may be accepted. We advise
parent’s of siblings attending together to give them each
their own wallet and not share one. They do not always
break/lunch exactly at the same time and sometimes one of
them spends all of the money! This is a service we offer to
help your children. We won’t be responsible for money not
given to us to hold and must insist on wallets not
envelopes.
Daily Attendance Policy – We will take attendance
everyday during the first hour of camp at one of our
stations. Please call us if your child will be out that
day. The camp cell number is 848-250-5535 when in
session.
Visitors To Camp/Early Dismissals – Parents and
coaches are welcome at any time during the camp day to
watch their children however they must sign in at the
concession stand first. If you are coming to pick up your
child early you must sign yourself in and also sign your
child out in the sign out book
Picking Teams – Many requests are made for certain
kids to be together. Tell your child to STAND WITH THE
PEOPLE together in line when the teams are made on the
first day. If THEY do not speak up at that time, we won’t
know to keep them together.
National Emergency – In the event of any kind of
emergency we will keep the kids locked inside in the
school. We have food and drinks and will follow whatever
our government is advising at the time via radio. We will
keep them until pick-up is possible.
Early Drop Off/Camp Pick-Up – The early drop off
begins at 7:45 am in Kenilworth and is a free courtesy for
our camp families. The pickup for camp is at 3:00pm please
be prompt. The early drop off at St. Michaels is 8:00am in
Cranford.
Rules And Regulations - We expect that there will be
no talking fr fooling around while instruction is going on.
Whether Coach Boyle, your coach, or a special camp guest is
speaking there is to be not talking whatsoever! It can be
loud in the gym (with the blowers on) and everyone must be
respectful of the speaker and the fellow campers there to
learn! Always be respectful when speaking to anyone at the
camp. Fighting, vulgarity, cursing, unsportsmanlike
behavior, stealing, bullying, making fun of another or
racism of any kind will be swiftly dealt with and grounds
for immediate expulsion without refund. We have never had a
problem…let’s keep it that way!!!
Injury Or Sickness – Any medical conditions such as
asthma, diabetes, allergies, etc. must be made known to us
before the start of camp. If injury or sickness occurs you
will be notified immediately from your emergency info on
the registration form. We expect you to pick up your child
promptly.

placed on the wooden shelves in the cafeteria at the end of
the day. Please label everything!
