How do you handle the money matters for purchases at camp concessions, camp gear, etc?

We request, particularly for our first-time, younger campers that they bring a wallet/money holder with their name on it. We will hold it at the concession stand for safe keeping and help them make concession purchases.
All wallets/money holders will be collected at the concession stand every morning for safe keeping.
